Being alone, being a burden to others
Mariko is an android with a sheer endless curiousity. Through the most advanced technology and programming, Mariko is able to feel, think and make her own decisions. Her character traits and habits are constantly formed and strengthened by what she experiences.
Being a robot, Mariko knows many things by default. And even if she discovers something that's not listed within the files of her brain, she can simply connect to the internet and look it up. However, despite her appearance, she is still very young and inexperienced, so that does not mean she is always able to properly comprehend and understand those bits of information given to her. She often has to have it explained to her in order to connect it thoroughly, or sometimes, at all. She is a lot like a real human regarding this.
She likes to watch people to ''learn' from their behaviour, but often ends up confused. She gets excited easily when she discovers things she did not learn about yet.
Mariko is normally very cautious towards people she does not know, as a result of negative expiriences she made when found out to be a robot. However, as soon as she realizes you are not a threat to her, she opens up rather quickly.
Naive, optimistic, curious, fairly easy to deceive. Tends to be kind of bossy.
(You do not have to stick to this description, feel free to interpret her personality however you like!)
